Navigating Life's Transitions

tools and skills to successfully navigate this important life period. In
a supportive group structure, we explore such interactive strategies as
life mapping, critical thinking, breathing exercises, QiGong, sounding
and toning, meditation, journal writing, dreamwork, creative expression,
and more.
